REVENUE SHARE & PAYOUT POLICY

To receive payouts you must hold an active Creator Pro or Creator Elite subscription, have a connected Stripe Express account set up via the Creator Dashboard, have at least $25.00 USD in earned verified balance, and be in compliance with all platform policies.

Creators whose subscriptions lapse, are cancelled, or fail to renew are immediately ineligible for revenue share. Tracks are paused and removed from the stream pool until the subscription is reactivated. Earnings accumulated before the lapse above the $25 minimum threshold will still be paid in the next monthly cycle.

Funded by Creator Pro, Creator Elite, and Listener Plus subscriptions. VibeAiVerse retains a 20–30% platform fee to cover infrastructure and operations. The remainder is the monthly creator pool.

Your Payout = (Your Verified Streams / Total Platform Verified Streams) x Monthly Creator Pool.

A stream is verified when a listener plays your track for a minimum of 30 continuous seconds. Streams from bots, scripts, or automated playback do not count. Stream manipulation is grounds for immediate account termination.

Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express on a monthly cycle. The minimum threshold is $25.00 USD. Balances below $25 roll over to the following month. Stripe transfer fees apply and are deducted before funds reach your account.

VibeAiVerse does not withhold taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on earnings received through the platform.

Contact legal@vibeaiverse.com within 30 days of your payout date if you believe your amount is incorrect. We will review and respond within 15 business days.

VibeAiVerse will provide at least 30 days notice before making changes to the payout model, platform fee percentage, or minimum threshold.
