CREATOR AGREEMENT

To be a Creator on VibeAiVerse you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Stripe Connect-compatible bank account for payouts, certify that all content you upload was generated using AI music generation tools, and agree that you hold all necessary rights to distribute the content you upload.

By uploading a track you certify that it was generated or substantially created by an AI tool, does not contain human-recorded audio unless processed through an AI generation workflow, and complies with the AI tool's own terms of service regarding commercial use.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading you grant VibeAiVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, distribute, and use track titles, artist names, and cover art for promotional purposes. This license terminates when you delete your content.

All uploads are scanned by AudD audio fingerprinting. Tracks matching existing copyrighted works are automatically rejected. You may appeal rejections through the Creator Dashboard. VibeAiVerse is not liable for content rejected due to third-party copyright claims.

Creator Free and Creator Pro accounts support up to 3 artist profiles. Creator Elite accounts support unlimited profiles. All profiles belong to your producer/label account.

Creator Pro earns 70% revenue share. Creator Elite earns 80%. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express. Minimum payout threshold is $25.00 USD. A stream is counted after a minimum of 30 continuous seconds of playback. Payouts are triggered monthly.

You may not upload content that infringes any intellectual property right, contains hate speech or promotes violence or illegal activity, or was generated using tools that violated copyright law in their training.

Violations of this Agreement, stream manipulation, or multiple valid DMCA notices may result in account termination. Earned amounts above the $25 minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days of termination.

If your Creator Pro or Creator Elite subscription lapses, is cancelled, or fails to renew, your uploaded tracks will be automatically paused and removed from public discovery on the platform. Your content and account data will be preserved and never deleted. Tracks will be restored to active status automatically upon reactivation of a qualifying Creator subscription. You will not earn stream revenue during any period your subscription is inactive.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [VIBEAIVERSE LLC] from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of this Agreement.
